• Complete the application form ID988A
• Your employer should complete the form ID988B
• Copy of your travel documents
• Employer’s proof of financial capability
• Copy of residential address
• Employer’s letter with the statement that

3. Documents format

Image type: JPEG or TIF

Resolution: 200dpi or above

File Size: 1 mbytes or below

Colour: Grayscale if it doesn’t have pictures attached

Coloured if it has pictures attached

• Step One

Visit the website, then click the link to access the online booking appointment.

• Step Two

Select the current status in Hong Kong and give the needed information.

• Step Three

Read the important notes and tick the box afterwards.

• Step Four

Read the Copyright Notice and Privacy Policy, and then tick the Declaration box.

 

• Step Five

Fill out the Personal Information form

1. Enter your application reference number

Your Application Reference Number is located at the top left hand corner of your visa.

1. Enter your date of birth
2. Write down your current limit of stay
3. Put in the expiry date of travel document.
4. Tick the box to confirm your personal information
