- Complete the application form ID988A
- Your employer should complete the form ID988B
- Copy of your travel documents
- Employer’s proof of financial capability
- Copy of residential address
- Employer’s letter with the statement that
- Documents format
Image type: JPEG or TIF
Resolution: 200dpi or above
File Size: 1 mbytes or below
Colour: Grayscale if it doesn’t have pictures attached
Coloured if it has pictures attached
- Step One
Visit the website, then click the link to access the online booking appointment.

- Step Two
Select the current status in Hong Kong and give the needed information.
- Step Three
Read the important notes and tick the box afterwards.
- Step Four
Read the Copyright Notice and Privacy Policy, and then tick the Declaration box.
- Step Five
Fill out the Personal Information form
- Enter your application reference number
Your Application Reference Number is located at the top left hand corner of your visa.
- Enter your date of birth
- Write down your current limit of stay
- Put in the expiry date of travel document.
- Tick the box to confirm your personal information
