Enrollment for Overseas Internet Voting 2028 for Filipino Voters in HK

Overseas Filipino voters (over 83000 of them) in Hong Kong now have the opportunity to cast their votes online through the OVCS – Online Voting and Counting System, a modern and convenient alternative to traditional voting methods. This initiative was shared by the PCG HongKong office and is a significant step forward in making voting more accessible for Filipinos abroad.

Take note that you still need to be a registered voter overseas before you can pre-enroll for the internet voting system. In order to register, you can visit the Philippine Consulate General office in Hong Kong and fill out the voters registration details. Complete Your Pre-Enrollment Process

To use the OVCS, registered voters must complete a pre-enrollment process to ensure authentication and access to the platform.

How to Enroll

  • Scan the QR code provided by the Philippine Consulate.
  • Visit designated counters for assistance.

Assistance Available at the Philippine Consulate

If you encounter difficulties, visit Counters 12, 13, and 14 at the Philippine Consulate on the 14th floor of the United Center in Admiralty.

The consulate staff will guide you through the enrollment process to ensure everything is completed smoothly.
